The San Diego Superior Court will host a virtual town hall event on Thursday, September 14, 2023, the second in a series of Juvenile Court-focused public webinars. This town hall will focus on the perspectives of youth and parents with lived experience in dependency court proceedings.

In observance of the Labor Day statewide holiday, the San Diego Superior Court will close all courtrooms and business offices on Monday, September 4, 2023.

The public is urged to visit the Court’s website at sdcourt.ca.gov to handle traffic tickets or obtain court information. 

The San Diego Superior Court plans to be open for business with normal operations on Monday, August 21, 2023.

The San Diego Superior Court will soon expand postcard mailings for jury summons throughout the county. Jurors summoned to the North County Courthouse can look to receive the postcard summons rather than paper mailings beginning later this week with reporting dates for the week of September 15 and beyond.

Jonathan Vinoskey was selected to serve as the foreperson of the 2023-2024 San Diego County Grand Jury, which started service on July 1, 2023.

Together with 18 other San Diego County residents, he represents the people of San Diego County in a watchdog role investigating governmental agencies and public entities within the county.
